Shipping Info

We currently only ship within the US. All packages are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding all major holidays.

We ship via USPS mail. Once your order has been sent out, you'll receive tracking notifications via email to keep you posted on delivery dates.

If you find you've entered incorrect shipping or order information, please email us immediately at info@gildedmanehairextensions.com.

If order information is incorrect, we are not liable for that package.

What is your return policy?

We offer store credit on returns within 14 days from receiving your order. Products must be unused and in original packaging and original condition.

To initiate a return, contact stylist support to get a return started. A team member will contact you within 24 -48 hours.

We do not cover return shipping costs.

My item is defective.
